- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour (I used whole wheat flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt (I used 1/8 tsp)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I used 1 tsp)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (I'm going to try equal parts applesauce)
2/3 cup agave nectar or honey (I used honey)
1/4 cup very ripe banana, mashed (approximately 1 small/medium banana)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup dried raisins/cranberries/cherries
1 cup chocolate chips (optional, not included in calcs)
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional, not included in calcs)
