On The Run Veggie Salmon Burrito

Ingredients

    Note:
    I happened to have Frozen vegiges but you can use fresh or mix it if that is a better option:
    I like to use Trader Joes for most of my ingerdients ..as well..

    Ingredients:
    Trader Joes Frozen salmon patties or a package of salmon filet.

    i tablespoon of olive oil or grapeseed oil is a nice choice as well.

    Trader Joes mix melange of red and yellow bell pepper mix or 1 fresh red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper chopped
    brocolli florets

    1 cup of corn fresh from the kernel or frozen white corn.

    1 cup( fresh )feta cheese-nicely chopped in quarter inch pieces..

    1 cup of mixed greens such as spinach,kale,mustardturnip and kale mix or even spinach will do.

    1 cup baby portabella mushrooms diced thinly.


    whole wheat tortialls-4 to 6 for this dish

    half a cup of golden gala red apples
    half a cup optional of diced sweet potatoes
    1 tabelspoon of parsley,
    a dash of fresh itailan parsely,
    a dash
    if thyme
    a dash of dill,basil,oregono,italian herbs
    optional a dash of caynenne pepper
    optional as well-a few tablespoons of orange poppyseed salad dressing
    can also add chopped garlic in this for taste; as an option
