- 1 cup quinoa (blended in my bullet to make flour)
1 cup whole wheat flour (also blended to make finer)
1 egg
1/2 cup of mashed kiwi or applesauce
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe medium bananas
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or whatever kind you have
Description
I Was Just Testing Different Things Out And Came Up With This Bread. It Turned Out Great. The Loaves Are A Bit Smaller But Light. You Can Substitute Applesauce For The Kiwi - I Just Happened To Have Some Kiwis And No Applesauce. Also Add Nuts Of Your
