Banana Protein Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 bananas (ripe and mashed)
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 4 tablespoons Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (Or 4 big scoops that come with the bag/can if you want more protein per serving)
