Homemade Muesli

Ingredients

    Oats, .75 cup
    Kashi GoLEAN Crunch cereal, .75 cup
    Apricots or plums, dried, .25 cup, halves
    Mixed Nuts, dry roasted, 2 tbsp.
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 tbsp, hulled
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1.5 cup
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1 tbsp
    Coconut, raw, 1 tbsp shredded

    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix in yogurt. Drizzle with honey. Makes 2 servings
