Ingredients
- 2- 8 oz packages Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 package sugar free lime jello
3/4 Cup hot water
3 oz Key Lime Juice
8 oz Cool Whip Free
In a blender, place Gelatin and hot water, turn on blender, add softened cream cheese and about 1/2 Cup Splenda,.
Pour into a bowl and FOLD in the cool whip.
Adjust the Lime Juice and Splenda to taste.
To add calories, you can use a graham cracker crust and refrigerate. I made this without the crust. Place in a 9/6 pyrex (or pan of your choice) and refrigerate for 3 or more hours. Cut 24 squares.
