    3 C peeled, cubed apples
    2.5 cups sliced rhubarb
    1/2 C. Equal
    2 Tbs. cornstarch
    1/3 C. water or apple juice
    1 Tbs. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel

    TOPPING:
    3/4 C. oats
    1/4 C. raisins
    1/4 C chopped nuts
    1/3 C Equal
    2 TBS butter, melted
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp cinnamon
