1/2 scoop protein powder, chocolate (try using cocoa mix instead?)
1/8 cup milk (your choice, but try vanilla almond milk)
mix-ins:
banana, raisins, pumpkin, chocolate chips, ground expresso beans, maple syrup, splenda, cinnamon...
