1-2 canned chipotle pepper in adobo(use 1 if you don't like heat in your soup)
6 cups water
2 Tblsp Better Than Bouillon no chicken Base
black pepper to taste
Cheezy cream:
7 ounces (1/2 block) organic firm tofu, Westsoy
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 Tblsp Tahini
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 small cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp yellow mustard (prepared)
2 Tbsp umeboshi vinegar ( or 1 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 Tbsp lemon juice)
1 Tbsp lemon Juice
