    12 oz (360g) uncooked skinless chicken breast fillets—cut into strips
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1 red pepper—julienned
    ½ stick celery— finely sliced on the diagonal
    2 tablespoons flaked almonds
    2 cloves garlic—minced (crushed)
    2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
    1½ cups chicken stock
    1½ tablespoons cornstarch mixed to a paste with 1½ tablespoons water
