    3/4 cup Oat Bran Cereal
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Cinnamon, Saigon (Premium)
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 cup Bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup Yogurt, plain
    1 Eggs
    1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
    1/2 cup dates, chopped
    1 cup Walnuts, chopped

This Recipe From Linda Rowe Of Deming, Washington, Was A Winner In The Bob's Red Mill Baking Contest In Every Way, But I Altered It Slightly By Adding Pineapple, More Cinnamon And More Nuts.
