Sweet & Sour Stir Fry

Ingredients

    Sauce1 (for baking):
    3/8 cup Wish-Bone Sweet 'n Spicy French Dressing
    1 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tablespoons lite soy sauce (or half water to regular)
    1/2 tablespoon white wine (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

    Sauce2 (for skillet):
    1 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tbsp Ketchup
    1 tbsp Cornstarch
    2 tbsps Rice Vinegar
    2 tbsps low sodium Soy Sauce (or 1 tbsp regular mixed with 1 tbsp water)
    3 tbsps water
    1/2 tsp minced jar ginger or 1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)

    Sauce3 (for skillet):
    1/3 cup Wish-Bone Sweet 'n Spicy French Dressing
    3 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tablespoon lite soy sauce (or half water to regular)
    1/2 tablespoon white wine (optional)
    1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

    Entree:
    1 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 (12 oz) pkg (3 cups) Bird Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Pea & Water Chestnuts
    1/2 tomato, cut into wedges
    8-ounce can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (optional)


    HINT:
    In place of Stemfresh Frozen Vegetables may use:
    1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
    3/4 cup Chinese pea pods (snow peas or sugar peas)
    3/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
    1 cup chopped broccoli
