1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
5 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Salt and pepper
3 large boneless chicken breast halves
4 cup hot water
Description
Serve With Rice, I Used Turkey Smoked Sausage, And Omitted Shrimp. And Only Used 2-3 Tbs Of Minced Garlic. Used Canola Oil, And 3 Whole Chicken Breast.
