Homemade Protien-granola Bars Remix

Ingredients

    1 1/2 tablespoons butter
    2 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 medium egg
    2/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon EACH cinnamon & baking soda
    1 scoop vanilla flavored protien whey powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups dry oatmeal
    1 cup Crispy Rice Cereal, or other unsweetened cereals as desired, corn flakes, toasted oats, bite sized shredded wheat, corn checks etc.
    1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit (nuts are good also)
