    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp cumin
    2 bay leaves
    1 pound mushrooms, choopped or sliced
    9 roma tomatoes, chopped + 8oz tomato sauce
    1 c. vegetable broth
