* 1/4 cup chopped pecans
WET
* 1/2 cup whole pecans
* 2 large ripe bananas
* 1 apple
* 1/2 cup chopped dates
* Splash of soy milk (optional)
* Spices: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg/allspice
