Chili, Noodle And Nut Stir-fry

Ingredients

    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
    4 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
    2-3 small red chilies, finely chopped
    1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
    2 large carrots, cut into batons
    3 1/2 ounces green beans, trimmed
    2 celery stalks, cut into batons
    2 tsp honey
    9 oz. egg noodles
    1/2 cup cashews
    4 scallions, chopped

    Serve with sweet chili sauce (not included in calorie count).
