Ultimate Mexican Veggie Burger

Ingredients

    1 can (14.5-15.5 oz) Black Beans, rinsed, towel-dried
    2 cups Oatmeal, coarsely ground
    3/4 cup Almonds, ground
    3/4 cup Walnuts, ground
    1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
    1 Large Onion, finely diced
    5 cloves Garlic, minced
    1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (could also make homemade)
    1/2 cup Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Egg Substitute (= to 2 eggs)
    2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed (mixed w/6 Tbsp warm water to make Flax "eggs")
    2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
    1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1.5 Tbsp Cumin, ground
    1 tsp dried Basil
    1 tsp dried Cilantro (or sub 1/4 cup fresh)
    1 tsp Coriander, ground
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
    1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
