Ingredients
- Rhubarb Coffee Cake (9x13)
1/2 cup margarine 1 1/2 cups white sugar (1 c.
2 beaten eggs sugar/1/2 c. splenda)
1 cup sour cream (I used fat free)
1 tsp vanilla
Beat all together and add:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Stir in 2 cups rhubarb, diced.
Topping: is 3/4 cups brown sugar (reduce to 1/2 c. if you like reduce marg. as well), 1 1/2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp margarine. Mix and sprinkle over cake.
Description
Yum Yum! The Only Ingredient I Could Not Include Was 1 1/2 Tbsp. Of All Purpose Flour. I Wasn't Able To Reduce The Calculation, I'm New To This Site.
