Ingredients
- 8 oz. canned salmon, or tuna, (or fresh cooked and broken into small pieces, let cool.) (for this recipe I use a 12-oz can of Solid white-no salt Albacore Tuna packed in spring water drained)
1/4-1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4-1/2 t. dill, dried
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. flax seeds
3/4 t. Spike seasoning salt
1 oz. pumpkin seeds
1 oz. slivered almonds
1/4-1/3 c. frozen green peas
1/4-1/3 c. diced celery

Adapted From Community Food Co-op, Bozeman, MTRich-tasting And High In Omega-3 Oils, This Seafood Spread Also Contains Flax Seeds And Almonds. Use It Just Like Tuna Salad As A Sandwich Spread Or On Canapes For Entertaining.
