Ingredients

    2 - 7 oz cans light tuna in water
    6 tbs nonfat plain yogurt
    2 tbs chopped raw almonds
    1 tbs mayo
    1 tbs mustard
    2 tbs dill pickle relish
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1/4 c chopped radishes
    Salt and Pepper to taste
