    1 c. uncooked quinoa
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
    Smoked Spanish Paprika
    Cayenne Pepper (or Black Pepper, if you prefer)
    Garlic
    Oregano
    Cinnamon (just a touch will do)
    Nutmeg
    1 box of frozen spinach
    1 can diced tomatoes

I Threw This Together One Night When I Was Really Hungry And Needed A Quick Something With Plenty Of Protein And Fiber. It Is Also Good Topped With A Touch Of Feta (not Included In Calorie Count As I Eat It Both Ways And It Makes Tracking Way More Diffic
