1 tbsp tobasco (I like lots more)
1 tsp horse radish (again, I like lots more)
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (you CAN go too far with this so taste before you add any more)
1 lime wedge, juiced
1 tsp celery salt (...more if you want)
Ice
Big 'ol celery stalk
dash of black pepper
