    1 cup dry Bulgur (presoak in 1 cup boiling water)
    1 15.5 oz cans Garbanzo Beans (SW 50% salt)
    8 green onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp chopped Cilantro
    2 c Cauliflower, chopped into bitesize pieces
    2 c English Cucumber Seedless, diced
    1 c Tomato, diced
    Juice & Zest of 1 small Lemon Juice

    1 packet salt free Herb Ox dry Bouillon for 1 cup equivalent
    2 c water
