Ingredients

    1 C. Amaranth Grain
    1 T. Red Curry Paste
    3 C. Swanson (Organic Vegetarian Vegetable Broth)
    1 C. pea pods, sliced
    1 C. Broccoli, fresh, chopped
    1 C. Carrot - raw, chopped
    1 C. Cauliflower, chopped
    3 Plum Tomato, Fresh, Raw, Large, chopped
    1 C. Cucumber Peeled Raw, chopped
    1 C. Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    3 C. spinach, raw, chopped
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, and the zest
    1 Lime, fresh squeezed, 2 oz
    1/4 C. Cilantro, raw, chopped
    2 T dill
    1 T. cumin
    1 T. garlic powder
    1/4 t. red pepper
    8 T. Nutritional Yeast
    S & P to taste
