Ginger Lime Shrimp And Noodles

Ingredients

    1 pound raw or cooked shrimp, peeled and deviened

    marinade:

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 clove garlic

    1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

    1/2 tablespoon lime zest

    1 tablespoon lime juice

    1/2 tablespoon soy sauce



    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1/2 red pepper, chopped

    1 cup sliced mushrooms

    1 clove garlic

    1 cup sugar snap peas

    1 tablespoon soy sauce

    2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed

    1/2 pound whole wheat pasta of your choice (I used capellini)

    salt and pepper to taste
