48 TBL. red, yellow or orange bell pepper chopped
16 TBL. grated parmesean cheese

Found This Recipe In Women's Day And Wanted To Find Out Calorie Break Down. I Did Also Add 2 Tbl Of Fresh Pico De Gallo And 2 Tbl Light Sourcream Cilantro Sauce To My 2 C. Serving Which Is Not Included Here In The Recipe.
