Turbo - Antioxidant Weight Loss Soup

Ingredients

    2 Tbl. olive oil
    2 med. sweet onions chopped
    1 garlic clove chopped
    2 large sweet potatoes diced into 1/4 cubes
    2-15 oz. cans black beans
    1- 15 oz. can dark kidney beans
    1 Tbl. fresh basil chopped
    Fresh ground Sea Salt to taste
    2.5 - 32 fl. oz. Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
    1 Tbl. ground comino
    1 lb. fresh baby spinach chopped
    1- 1b. bundle Kale chopped
    2 C. Chicken breast diced
    48 TBL. red, yellow or orange bell pepper chopped
    16 TBL. grated parmesean cheese

Found This Recipe In Women's Day And Wanted To Find Out Calorie Break Down. I Did Also Add 2 Tbl Of Fresh Pico De Gallo And 2 Tbl Light Sourcream Cilantro Sauce To My 2 C. Serving Which Is Not Included Here In The Recipe.
