1/2 cup bisquick or other biscuit baking mix
2 Tbl softened or melted butter
1 can evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ( or mix cinnamin, allspice, ginger, nutmeg and cloves together)
2 tsp vanilla
