Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup nonfat evaporated milk
1/2 cup heart smart bisquick
1/2 cup splenda
1 tbl. melted butter
1 egg
1/4 c egg beaters (or use 1/2 cup and omit egg)
Mix of ginger, allspice, nutmeg clove, cinnamon (I didn't measure, if you have pumpkin pie spice, that would be easier)
Description
My Gram Used To Make This For Me When I Was Younger. I Made It Healthier So I Can Eat It More Often Now. I Made This With What I Had On Hand, So With Substitutions You May Even Be Able To Make It A Little Lighter!
