Ingredients

    1 ½ cups pinto beans
    ½ lb. stew meat or buffalo browned
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
    6 cloves garlic chunked
    1 medium onion chopped
    2 Aneheim peppers roasted and chopped
    2 red Jalepeno peppers roasted and chopped
    1 Poblano roasted and chopped
    2 tbs. Ancho chile powder
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 tbs. Epazote
    2 oz. franks red hot sauce
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 handful fresh chopped sage
    2 sprigs fresh chopped rosemary
    2 cans diced tomatoes

    Use Masa flour to brown the meat in and to thicken if necessary
