    1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
    1 teaspoon of dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon of dried red chili pepper flakes
    1 small stalk of celery chopped
    1/2 cup frozen country hashbrowns, such as Ore-Ida
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon flour
    2 cups of non-fat milk or low fat coconut milk
