Butterflied Cuban Style Pork Chops

Ingredients

    3/4 cup fresh orange juice
    1/2 cup fresh lime juice
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh oregano leaves
    6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 cup canola oil
    4 center cut pork loin chops, butterflied and pounded thin
    Salt substitute and black pepper, to taste
    8 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
    8 slices low-fat boiled ham
    2 tablespoons chopped dill weed
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
    1/4 cup olive oil
