- Whisk the eggs. Add flour, flaxplus granola, sugar, baking powder as well as applesauce. Mix well with a spoon. Add mashed bananas and blueberries. Mix well.

1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flaxplus granola (cereal from Costco- Nature's Path with pumpkin seeds)
2.5 tsp baking powder
2 large mashed bananas (or 3 smaller ones)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
