Crock Chops Supreme

Ingredients

    1/2 cup can stewed tomatoes
    1 beef bouillon cube or can of fat free beef bouillon (10.5 oz)
    ½ cup green bell pepper, sliced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 cup low carb ketchup
    2 medium celery ribs, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    4 (1-inch thick) lean pork chops

    The nutrition calculator didn't have "lean" chops for me to use, so the fat is actually lower.
