Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

    2 skinless chicken breasts
    1 medium onion (I prefer sweet)
    1 large can (3 cups) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    6 T Breakstone Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1 t Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
    1/4 c water
    1 t paprika
    1 t white pepper
    9 oz. (3/4 package) No Yolks Dumplings (wide noodles)

    Drizzle olive oil in bottom of crock pot.
    Chop chicken breast into stew-sized chunks.
    Slice a medium onion.
    Add both to crock pot with bouillon and about 1/4 cup of water.
    Cook on high for about two hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add cream of mushroom soup, stir and cook three hours.
    Add sour cream and cook one more hour.
    The No Yolks take 10-12 minutes to boil so prepare those at the end. We serve this with fresh steamed asparagus.
