Ingredients
- 1 large Haas avocado
1/2 small onion, finely minced
4-5 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika (hot)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin, ground
Salt and pepper to taste
OPTIONAL :- just before serving, stir in a generous amount of freshly chopped ripe tomato, and a touch more salt and pepper.

This Is A Bowl Of Guac Made Simply-- I Learned From Jesse, Using The Vinegar Instead Of Most Of The Lemon (it's A Mellower, Richer Flavor Without The High Acid Of The Lemon)--and Finely, Finely Mincing Onion And Garlic- But Using Plenty. :)
