"bourbon" Stirfry

Ingredients

    1/2 lb firm tofu
    1-2 tablespoon olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup apple juice
    1/3 cup light brown sugar
    2 tablespoons catsup
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    2-3 medium carrots
    a cup of broccoli florets
    a cup of cauliflower florets
    a cup of fresh mushrooms
    1/4 finely diced onion


Description

I Originally Learned This Recipe With Chicken, But I Tend To Like It Better With Tofu And Veggies. Marinating The Tofu In The Sauce For A Few Hours Makes A Big Difference. Although Higher In Calories And Fat, I Like To Serve This With Ramen Instant Nood
