10 oz chicken breast (boneless and skinless) cut into bite sized pieces
8 oz bag cooked shrimp with tails removed
4 oz. Hot Genoa or other hot salami sausage cut into small pieces
1/2 cup. canned diced tomatoes with juice
3/4 cup frozen peas thawed and drained
6 tsp. (2 Tbsp) minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 oz (3/4 c.) dry Basmati rice
1.5 cup water
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
