*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .1/4 cup, chopped
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large, finely diced
*Egg White-Large, Hard-boiled [No Yolk], 2, finely diced
Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, 1 cup
*Mustard, Colman's Dry, 1 tsp
Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
*Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 1/2 tsp or to taste
Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp

Best Potato Salad Anywhere. This Is My Families Hands-down Favorite Potato Salad. I Have Been Making It This Way For 40 Years.. You Can Use All Light Mayonnaise With No Difference In Taste, In My Opinion.
