Ingredients

    Unlimited amount of:
    spinach leaves
    Carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions, broccoli, beets, cucumbers, mushrooms, celery, and cauliflower
    1/2 cup red kidney, pinto, or black beans
    1 tbsp. toasted, chopped pecans
    1 tsp olive oil
    Unlimited balsamic or red wine vinegar
