    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cloves Garlic, roughly diced
    1 Shallot, roughly diced
    2-4 cups Swiss Chard, cleaned & sliced thin
    1-2 cups Romaine Lettuce, cleaned & sliced thin
    2 tbsp Bacon Bits

    Oregano, Parsley, Basil, Old Bay, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt & Pepper to taste

    1cup Salad Macaroni or Small Shells
