Veggie "stramble"

Ingredients

    1 tsp. olive oil
    3/4 cup small broccoli florets
    2 stalks of celery, chopped
    5 baby carrots, quartered
    5 spears of asparagus cut into bite size pieces (fresh or cooked)
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    3/4 cup cooked brown rice
    4 large egg whites
    1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Description

Part Stir-fry, Part Scramble, This Dish Packs In The Fiber And Protein. You Can Use Soy Sauce If You Do Not Mind The Extra Sodium Instead Of The Liquid Aminos. Great Post-workout Meal.
