    3 C. Frozen Blueberries
    2 C. Almond Milk
    2 Scoops Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 C. Non-fat Greek Yogurt
    3 t. Agave Nectar (sweetener)
    2 T. Flax Seed Meal
    1/2 t. Cinnamon

Description

Delicious Protein-packed Shake With Antioxidants. About Two-thirds Of The Sugars Come From The Blueberries. Also, I Mistakenly Picked Up Non-fat Yogurt Instead Of Low-fat Yogurt Which Contains Less Sugars Than The Non-fat Kind.
