Delicious Protein-packed Shake With Antioxidants. About Two-thirds Of The Sugars Come From The Blueberries. Also, I Mistakenly Picked Up Non-fat Yogurt Instead Of Low-fat Yogurt Which Contains Less Sugars Than The Non-fat Kind.
