    1 tsp Garlic
    14 oz Canned Tomatoes
    1 1/4 tspSalt
    2 pounds Chicken skinned, boned and cubed
    3 oz Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Corn Oil
    2 medium Onions, raw sliced
    1 tbsp ground corriander
    4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
