1.5 oz Raisins (1 small box)
1 cup Oatmeal
1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
2 T Light Agave Nectar (Honey would also be good)
2 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (I like the crunchy)
40 mL water
1 tsp cinnamon
