Ingredients
- 4 Large Green Bell Peppers, tops cut off and seeded
1 lb or so of Lean Ground Turkey
2 cups of cooked rice, brown or white
2 tomatos, seeded and chopped (substitute a can of Rotel for added heat)
1 Onion, chopped
Small can of Corn
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 tablespoons of Breadcrumbs
Hot Sauce to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

My Husband's Favorite Recipe...and One Of The Only Ways To Get Him To Eat Veggies. The Portions Are HUGE, I Make Much More Rice Filling Then Can Fit In The Bell Peppers.
