    4 (6-oz.) (170-g) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
    2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
    4-8 slices good-quality bacon
    4 Tbsp. (60 mL) sour cream, heaping
    1 Tbsp. (15 mL) minced chives
