Ingredients

    1 medium Haas avocado
    1 can white kidney (cannelini beans)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 or 2 cloves garlic (1 big or 2 smaller)
    1/4 cup flat parsley (or cilantro)
    salt and pepper to taste
    about 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

    pita chips:
    whole wheat tortillas, cut into triangles
    just enough olive oil to thinly coat
    dried oregano
