    3 Strawberries( with green tops)
    1/4 Orange (peel outer skin keep pith
    2 wedge Pineapple (no skin, keep core)
    1/4 Apple ( keep skin and core)
    1 kiwi ( skin on cut in half)
    1 Lemon segment ( no peel or pith)
    2 Lime segments ( no peel or pith)
    1/4 C Carrots ( skin on cut to baby size)
    1/2 C red Cabbage ( rough Chopped)
    1 handful Baby Spinach or other leafy green like Kale
    1 tbsp Xagave ( optional to taste)
    !" Ginger slice
