1/2 cup triple berry mix

1/4 orange with pith no peel

1/4 thick pineapple slice with core

1/2 kiwi with skin

1/4 apple with seeds

1/4 avacado seed

1/4 banana no peel

1 lemon wedge with pith no peel

1 lime wedge with pith no peel

1 tsp fresh ginger root

1/2 cup carrots with peel

1/2 cup red cabbage

1 cup baby spinach

2 tbsp agave

10oz distilled water

2 cup ice
